The professional will be responsible for structuring national and international contracts for inputs, materials, equipment, and services, including price collection, analysis, standardization, negotiation, formalization, logistics management, and post-purchase issue resolution with suppliers and service providers; developing new supply sources to maintain and reduce costs, always applying the investment criterion based on optimal cost-benefit ratio, achieving performance results aligned with established parameters. The professional must follow corporate guidelines and ensure compliance with SA8000, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 14001\. **Temporary position for 8 months.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze purchase requisitions, reviewing registered specifications to identify characteristics of each product/service, and request compatible materials/services from suppliers; * Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and payment conditions with suppliers and service providers to minimize costs and adequately meet purchase requests; * Execute high-complexity purchases according to requests submitted by various company departments, adhering to item specifications, verifying quantities, and complying with applicable company norms, policies, and procedures; * Negotiate/re-negotiate with suppliers the return of materials and cancellation of purchases, informing them of quantitative and qualitative errors in the supplied items and arranging necessary corrections where applicable, as well as negotiating claims raised under service provision and supply contracts. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or Engineering. * Experience in service procurement within the Supply Chain area. **Desirable Requirements** * Experience in mining or sales sectors; * Postgraduate degree in related fields. **Additional Information** **Salary \+ Benefits** * Health Plan (co-payment); * Dental Plan (co-payment); * Profit Sharing Program (PR); * Private Pension Plan; * Life Insurance; * Meal Allowance; * Transportation Allowance; * School Kit; * Christmas Kit; * Counseling Program.
