Job Summary: Pedagogical/Commercial Tutor responsible for human-centered student support, negotiation, and performance analysis to ensure student retention and academic development. Performance analysis for student development Position: Pedagogical/Commercial Tutor Work Location: Madureira Study Center \- Rio de Janeiro Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM Responsibilities: Provide human-centered support to students requesting course suspension, cancellation, or transfer, aiming to reverse such decisions: Through phone and WhatsApp communication; Negotiate, advocate for, and apply institutional policies provided by the Higher Education Institution (IES), with focus on student retention; Analyze student requests and offer existing services within the Institution; Analyze student performance to promote and implement initiatives and projects aimed at student development and retention; Requirements: Completed high school education; Proficiency in using computer systems; Experience in customer service; Negotiation-oriented profile. Reside very close to Irajá (one commute each way).
