Job Summary: The Junior Quality Analyst inspects service delivery at various locations, ensuring the quality of decorations, documentation, and related items, completing checklists and managing documents. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct quality inspections at various locations. 2. Control and organization of documentation and services. 3. Operate a motorcycle for field activities. Position: Junior Quality Analyst Job Description: Conduct inspections of service delivery at various locations (cemetery chapels, churches, and other venues where funerals are held); Inspect quality of floral decorations, makeup, caskets, flower wreaths, documentation, and other items related to services provided by the organization; Complete quality check\-lists for delivered services; Collect customer signatures and deliver documentation related to services provided; Pay cemetery-related expenses when necessary; Maintain control of documentation related to performed activities; Attach service-related documentation to the organization's document management system; Operate the assigned vehicle (motorcycle) appropriately, practicing defensive driving; Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned vehicle; Immediately report any vehicle maintenance needs to the immediate supervisor and maintenance team Required Education and Experience: \*Completed High School \*Prior experience in this role \*Valid Class A driver's license with paid activity endorsement \*Flexible working hours \*Experience in verification or auditing is desirable Neighborhood: São João de Meriti City: Rio de Janeiro Salary: R$ 2\.400,44 \+ Hazard Pay Benefits: \- Transportation Allowance \- Meal Voucher \- Basic Food Basket \- Dental Plan \- Medical Plan \- Life Insurance \- Family Assistance \- Birthday Day Off \- Study Incentive \- Pharmacy Discount \- Totalpass Working Hours: Full-time flexible schedule.
