




Performing administrative, financial, and HR routine tasks for the units of Instituto Gourmet / Grupo Pense. Responsibilities: * Administrative control and document organization; * Financial entries and account control; * Support for HR routines (timekeeping, onboarding, offboarding); * Internal customer service and support to the executive board; * Updating spreadsheets and internal controls. Requirements: * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (in Administration, HR, Finance, or related fields); * Experience in administrative routines; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word); * Organizational skills, commitment, and strong communication abilities.
