Here, you will join the marketing team at Multimarcas Valqueire and be responsible for producing content that fosters connection, engagement, and sales. Then this is your chance. **Responsibilities** * Film videos daily presenting store products and new arrivals. * Edit videos in **CapCut**, using captions, sounds, cuts, and effects. * Generate content ideas, trends, reviews, and new formats. * Create **optimized captions** and calls to action. * Post videos on social media (Reels, TikTok, and Stories). * Help maintain a consistent content schedule. **Technical Requirements** * Basic or intermediate proficiency in **CapCut**. * Ease in filming videos using a smartphone. * Strong writing skills for crafting captions and calls to action. * Creativity to refresh and reinvent formats. * Organizational skills to follow scripts and posting schedules. **Behavioral Requirements** * **Must not be shy!** * High energy, spontaneity, and strong communication skills. * Ability to joke around, dance, or participate in trends when needed. * Enthusiasm and genuine desire to be in front of the camera. * Responsibility regarding deadlines and consistency. * Proactivity and willingness to learn. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience creating videos for social media. * Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok trends. * Above-average creativity. * Interest in marketing and content creation.
