Job Summary: An IT professional responsible for incident tracking, software and hardware installation and configuration, network setup, and equipment inventory. Key Highlights: 1. Network configuration and structured cabling **Main Responsibilities:** \- Incident tracking and support \- Software installation and configuration \- Hardware assembly and maintenance (computers and printers) \- Network and structured cabling installation and configuration \- Raising service tickets with IT vendors \- Preparing spreadsheets and departmental reports \- Equipment inventory \- Responding to incidents via the Helpdesk system **Requirements:** Technical qualification in Information Technology, or completed or ongoing undergraduate studies in IT-related fields.
