





**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Responsibilities: Assist in operational activities of the HR department Support timekeeping control and monitoring Manage justification forms and medical certificates Prepare time card labels Organize files and dossiers Develop spreadsheets Provide support and assistance to employees Assist in benefit unlocking and distribution Support onboarding processes for new employees and document verification Develop and maintain spreadsheets **REQUIREMENTS:** Requirements: Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
