Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Coordinator in Xerem to lead teams, optimize processes, and ensure operational efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Support for the implementation of new technologies and continuous improvement. **About the Position** We are looking for a **Production Coordinator in Xerem**, to lead teams and production processes, with strong hands-on experience on the shop floor and a focus on operational efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement. This role will play a key part in process standardization, performance indicator management, and supporting the implementation of new technologies across units. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate team activities to ensure quality, efficiency, and adherence to production processes. * Work directly on the shop floor, ensuring alignment with company goals, standards, and procedures. * Implement process improvements focused on production optimization and waste reduction. * Ensure technical compliance of processes and projects with Regulatory Norms (NRs) and applicable environmental legislation. * Support units in implementing new technologies and improving production processes. * Ensure strict compliance with safety standards throughout the entire production process. * Manage and monitor performance indicators related to cost, schedule, quality, and operational efficiency, proposing action plans when necessary. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, or Chemical Engineering * Prior experience coordinating operational or technical teams * Hands-on shop floor experience * Knowledge of performance indicator management and analysis * Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing concepts * Intermediate English proficiency or currently studying English **Must reside in the region near Duque de Caxias/Xerém - RJ** ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Desired Education: * Production/Industrial Engineering, Bachelor's Degree Languages: * English (Intermediate) Driver's License: B Willingness to travel Willingness to relocate * Food allowance * Health insurance * On-site meals * Dental insurance * Performance bonus
