Job Summary: Providing humanized support to students to promote retention, negotiation, and analysis of requests, thereby fostering student development and retention. Key Highlights: 1. Performance analysis and promotion of actions for student development Position: Pedagogical/Commercial Tutor Work Location: Madureira Study Center \- Rio de Janeiro Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM Responsibilities: - Provide humanized support to students requesting enrollment suspension, cancellation, or course transfer, aiming to reverse such situations via phone and WhatsApp interactions; - Negotiate, advocate for, and implement institutional policies focused on student retention; - Analyze student requests and offer available services within the institution; - Analyze student performance to promote and implement actions and projects aimed at student development and retention; Requirements: - Completed high school education; - Proficiency in using computer systems; - Experience in customer service; - Negotiation-oriented profile; - Must reside very close to Irajá (one commute each way).
