Job Summary: Assist in Maintenance Planning, Control and Scheduling (PPCM) activities, supporting the development of schedules, control of materials, and administrative processes within the department. Administrative process support and document organization Work in the PPCM area, assisting in activities related to planning, control and scheduling of maintenance and material processes; collaborating in operational tasks such as schedule preparation and monitoring, as well as other controls; supporting analysis of preventive maintenance planning, control and scheduling, and performing other related and inherent duties. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in identification/tagging of industrial plant assets; * Maintain and update identification of critical assets in the industrial plant using MTBF and Impediment plates; * Collaborate in controlling inventory levels of materials and supplies required for maintenance, placing purchase/acquisition requests with the responsible department to ensure process continuity; * Maintain departmental document organization by archiving, numbering, and classifying them; * Organize and control office supplies, requesting replenishment when necessary to ensure resource availability; * Support and execute low-complexity administrative processes across all maintenance departments, ensuring information organization within systems; * Assist the department manager in administrative activities and performance indicator monitoring; * Safeguard company property under your responsibility, reporting any problems or damages detected to your immediate supervisor; * Identify and provide relevant information regarding the maintenance status of assets at the maintenance workshop; * Assist in asset decommissioning processes via CS system when field operations are deactivated; * Receive externally maintained materials/assets from the warehouse and notify the planner; * Monitor and track shipments of materials/assets sent for external maintenance; * Conduct physical monitoring and validation of inventory and integrity of reserve assets at the unit; * Interface with local maintenance and corporate teams regarding inter-unit/corporate stock transfer requirements; * Prepare monthly reports on area and related asset organization and cleaning; * Control toolroom tools (inventory, reserves, returns, and maintain organization according to the 5S program); * Issue Immediate Purchase Orders (IPOs) via CS system; * Issue tool purchase requests for the unit’s toolroom. * Perform job duties in strict compliance with all organizational safety, health and environmental work standards and procedures, consistently using all mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required for job and departmental activities; promptly report to your immediate supervisor any activity posing risks to your health or that of fellow workers; * Carry out duties in alignment with company values, policies, guidelines, procedures and processes, always focusing on organizational goals while maintaining confidentiality and protecting company information; * Maintain discipline in the 5S program, aiming for safe work through workplace organization, standardization and cleanliness, supported by internal and external departmental audits; **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education Excel knowledge (basic to intermediate) Office suite (basic) Basic computer skills **Additional Information** Benefits: Meal allowance; Health insurance (Unimed); Dental insurance; Transportation allowance; Gympass; On-site meals.
