Automate data loading and processing with Python/R Ensure that NeuroSaber’s data is extracted, processed, organized, and delivered with quality, performance, and consistency—enabling reports, dashboards, and analyses that support faster, smarter, and results-oriented decision-making across business areas. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed or ongoing technical or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Engineering, or related fields. * Preferred: 1–2 years of experience in Data Analytics, Reporting, BI, or related areas. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Extract data from systems, spreadsheets, APIs, and internal databases to provide reliable information for analysis and reporting; * Execute ETL (extraction, transformation, and loading) processes to ensure data standardization, integrity, and traceability; * Validate, reconcile, and resolve data inconsistencies to ensure analytical database quality; * Build and maintain analytical tables, views, and datasets to support report and dashboard generation; * Develop and update Power BI dashboards and reports according to business area needs; * Test and validate reports and KPIs with end users to ensure alignment with business rules; * Develop and maintain Python (or R) scripts to automate data loading, processing, and updates; * Monitor data update routines and data pipelines to ensure timely information availability; * Document data sources, transformation rules, and information flows to ensure traceability and operational continuity; * Support the definition and maintenance of KPIs and metrics together with the EBI team and business users; * Respond to and clarify business-area data and reporting requests to support decision-making; * Identify opportunities to improve data and reporting processes by proposing automation and optimization initiatives; * Stay current on tools, best practices, and trends in data analytics and BI to drive continuous improvement; * Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
