Job Summary: The professional will prepare performance presentations, analyze incidents, align processes, monitor operational performance, and manage KPIs in the transportation area. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis and management of carrier operational performance 2. Handling of lost shipment and damage claims 3. Management and analysis of departmental KPIs **REQUIREMENTS:** Pursuing or having completed a bachelor's degree; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Strong interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, and good communication; Desirable: Supplier network in transportation; **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Prepare performance presentations for carriers Analyze incidents of lost shipments and damages and conduct necessary follow-ups Align processes and follow-ups with carriers Conduct weekly operational performance analysis v Monitor and analyze the indemnification process v Resend EDI files to GKO Hold monthly meetings with clients, management, and transportation teams v Manage and analyze departmental KPIs v Request, track, and follow up on insurance claim documentation from carriers and report to logistics Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) Salary: R$2\.953,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
