Maintain adequate stock levels in the area and prepare jams Bourbon Gastronomia is seeking a Pastry Assistant to join the team at Bourbon Cataratas do Iguaçu Thermas Eco Resort, located in Foz do Iguaçu \- PR. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepare doughs for the next shift's team, following established recipes. * Assist in preparing juices and desserts, following defined instructions. * Assist in baking breads, following established recipes, to be served during meals. * Maintain adequate stock levels in the area, performing daily inventory control. * Handle and prepare jams and fruits.
