This role requires on-site work. Founded in 2003, GERAR is a nonprofit social organization whose mission is to promote social development through educational initiatives and job and income generation, empowering individuals to become protagonists of their own life stories within a fairer society and a sustainable planet. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Deliver theoretical and practical classes for subjects outlined in apprenticeship courses, in accordance with the course syllabus and the institution’s pedagogical planning; * Develop lesson plans and submit them to the pedagogical coordinator for validation, ensuring alignment with institutional methodology and objectives; * Implement and facilitate complementary classroom projects focused on developing technical, socioemotional, and professional competencies; * Promote integration between theory and practice by relating course content to labor market conditions and the professional realities of young people; * Participate in training and capacity-building sessions organized by the institution to ensure teaching practices align with GERAR’s methodology. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Bachelor’s degree required:** in Administration or Production Engineering; * Prior experience in classroom instruction or training delivery is required. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Meal allowance (VA) or meal voucher (VR) of BRL 30.74 per working day (applicable when daily working hours exceed 6 hours and 10 minutes); * Transportation allowance (VT) (no payroll deduction) or Pluxee/Elo credit card (BRL 12.00 per working day); * Birthday day off; * Wellhub/Gympass (charged to credit card); **Work Schedule:** * Tuesday: 08:00–14:00 * Wednesday: 14:00–18:00 * Thursday: 08:00–12:00 * Friday: 14:00–18:00 Since 2003, GERAR has operated as an influential nonprofit social organization driving social transformation across Brazil.
