




Job Summary: The IMS/EMS Assistant will support the maintenance and organization of quality and environmental management systems, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Assist in organizing documents for audits ***Job Objective*** The IMS/EMS Assistant will be responsible for supporting the maintenance and organization of the company's quality and environmental management systems, ensuring support for activities related to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001\. The professional will handle document organization, record control, audit support, and operational area support to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements. ***Main Responsibilities*** · Support maintenance and updating of IMS documentation. · Control procedures, work instructions, forms, and records for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001\. · Assist in organizing and controlling documents and evidence for internal and external audits. · Support tracking of action plans related to nonconformities and opportunities for improvement. · Perform control and updating of quality and environmental indicators. · Support development and review of procedures and management system documents. · Organize physical and digital files related to IMS and EMS. · Support internal departments in correctly applying management system procedures and records. · Monitor expiration dates of licenses, environmental documents, and mandatory registrations where applicable. · Assist in preparing training sessions related to the management system. ***Requirements*** · Prior experience with quality and/or environmental management systems. · Basic or intermediate knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001\. · Experience in document and record control and organization. · Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and discipline regarding deadlines. · Ability to work effectively with processes, checklists, and standardization. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and Word). · Good communication skills for interaction across various company departments.
