This may be the ideal environment for you!** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **The Workshop in Araucária has this opportunity!** -------------------------------------------------- **Your main tasks and responsibilities include:** ------------------------------------------------------------- * **Adjust welding machines, selecting appropriate settings based on material type and welding consumables.** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Know and prepare areas and surfaces for welding.** ------------------------------------------------------------- * **Reject products outside specifications.** ---------------------------------------------- * **Experience using pneumatic equipment for grinding and finishing – grinders and/or manual brushes.** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Read and interpret drawings, manufacturing processes, and welding procedure specifications, verifying required specifications to obtain necessary technical information about the welding to be performed.** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Responsible for scheduling shifts to ensure production targets are met.** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Knowledge of quality system procedures, instructions, and standards related to welding.** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Ensure equipment maintenance and service quality, promoting workplace organization, cleanliness, and upkeep to optimize service quality levels.** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **To succeed in this position, it is important to have:** ------------------------------------------------ * **Technical qualification in Welding.** ------------------------ * **Experience as a welder (TIG/MIG/Electrode) on various equipment in the pulp and paper industry.** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Knowledge of quality system procedures, instructions, and standards.** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical and mechanical drawings, and metrology.** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Initiative, proactivity, organizational and planning skills, energy for work, teamwork ability, and strong interpersonal skills are key attributes for this role.** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ **We Offer** ------------------ **We offer a dynamic work environment that values innovation and suits individuals with a development mindset who enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
