Standardization of processes and operational routines Responsible for managing the unit's (store) performance/sales and operations, with primary focus on \- sales, customer service, product care, restocking, team management (people management), controls, and execution of operational tasks inherent to store management. Responsible for the performance and development of the sales staff, cashiers, and operational team. Trains, monitors, evaluates, and guides the team on matters related to company procedures and guidelines. Responsible for implementing existing processes within the unit, translating them into practical actions and ensuring their execution. Conducts periodic evaluations of the unit's results as well as the operational quality of its branch, implementing corrective actions and new initiatives while always adhering to company standards. Standardize processes and operational routines, train all involved parties, and ensure their implementation. Disseminate knowledge about company processes and products to strengthen the team. Supervise equipment and facility maintenance, promptly reporting any needs to the responsible departments.
