Attention to safety, conservation, and cleanliness at the worksite **Job Description:** * Perform sweeping and organization * Take measurements on-site and calculate areas to be worked on. * Sweep and organize tool and material storage areas; * Calculate required materials, identify materials needed for various tasks, and procure missing items * Organize tools, accessories, and equipment for construction finishing * Prepare materials for construction finishing. * Prepare surfaces prior to painting, including cleaning, applying fine or skim coat plaster, and sanding * Perform manual, roller, or other technique-based painting on interior and exterior walls; * Apply coatings; * Polish and retouch painted surfaces; * Ensure individual and collective safety by using appropriate personal protective equipment during task execution. * Maintain custody, conservation, maintenance, and cleanliness of equipment, instruments, and materials used, as well as the worksite. * Perform all construction-related activities as assigned by supervisor; * Handle and dispose of waste generated at the worksite; * Perform other related tasks as required or at the supervisor's discretion. **Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM** **Saturday if necessary, overtime hours** Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Compensation: R$2.600,00 \- R$2.950,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Experience: * Painting in Construction (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
