And with biosolutions, the possibilities for transformation are endless. **We’re here to better our world with biology.** Plan and schedule maintenance activities, ensuring efficient execution of preventive and predictive maintenance plans, as well as corrective maintenance activities, with focus on increasing plant equipment reliability and aligning with production requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** •Plan and schedule maintenance work orders (WO) in SAP-PM, defining resources, materials, and deadlines. •Ensure compliance with preventive and predictive maintenance plans, considering production constraints. •Prioritize services based on criticality and urgency, maintaining communication with internal departments. •Follow up with suppliers and warehouses to ensure availability of parts and services. •Contract and schedule services requiring external teams. •Monitor backlog and execution of maintenance work orders (WO), proposing improvements for equipment efficiency. •Support plant shutdown planning, ensuring resource availability and adherence to deadlines. •Participate in process priority meetings, understanding how to plan activities quickly and efficiently. •Provide information to support decision-making by the engineering and maintenance leadership teams. •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. •Analytical ability and results-oriented mindset to achieve KPIs. •Effective communication and interpersonal skills. **Requirements:** •Bachelor’s degree; Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Administration preferred. •Minimum 3–5 years of experience in maintenance planning (PCM). •Proficiency in SAP-PM, Microsoft Office, and industrial maintenance processes. •Intermediate English proficiency. •Basic understanding of cost management and maintenance performance indicators. **Could our purpose be yours?** **Then apply today!** At Novonesis we commit to an inclusive recruitment process and equality of opportunity for all our job applicants.
