If you seek professional growth, a dynamic environment, and the opportunity to be part of an industry-leading company, this position is for you! **Position:** Junior Compensation and Benefits Analyst **Work Location:** Campina do Siqueira, Curitiba/PR (100% on-site). **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:48 p.m. **Responsibilities:** * Perform daily analysis and processing of employee transfers, ensuring accuracy, adherence to deadlines, and issuance/control of documents via FLUIG; * Issue and send transfer documents weekly, ensuring version control and traceability; * Complete and monitor monthly departmental goals, ensuring data consistency, alignment, and periodic reporting; * Update and monitor monthly goals with departments; * Support consolidation and operationalization of promotions (operations, ADM, and industry); * Monitor issuance of recognition letters and updates to salary tables in RM; * Monitor provision of Turnover Bonus; * Monitor monthly hierarchy updates, payroll verification, and maintenance of staffing records; * Update policies and internal documents, and support legal audits. **Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in this role; * Advanced Excel skills; * Preferred: Knowledge of TOTVS RM system. **We Offer:** * Transportation allowance; * On-site meals; * Meal allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Wellhub; * Pharmacy network agreement; * Cashback program at our restaurants.
