We value individuals passionate about innovation—capable of improving processes, ensuring system stability and security, and contributing to efficient operations across the entire organization. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in the maintenance and support of IT systems and hardware. * Perform diagnostics and resolve technical issues. * Participate in the development and implementation of new IT projects. * Collaborate with the team to ensure data security and integrity by delivering user training. * Document technical processes and procedures. * Handle service tickets and provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end users. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of microcomputing and microcomputer maintenance. * Experience with ITIL V4 (Incident, Change, Problem, IT Asset, and Service Desk Management). * Basic knowledge of computer networks and information security. * Familiarity with structured cabling and logical network infrastructure. * Proficiency with Windows operating systems. * Availability to work onsite in São José dos Pinhais. * Intermediate English proficiency is a plus. **We offer competitive compensation aligned with the role, and benefits include:** * Meal card * On-site meals * Life insurance * Pharmacy benefit plan * Dental assistance * Medical assistance with 50% subsidy * Chartered transportation or parking * Workplace gymnastics * Occupational physician for employee care * Benefits Club: discounts with partner companies across various services * Annual bonus tied to corporate performance.
