**Responsibilities:**
Gather requirements from stakeholders and transform problems into
solution hypotheses.
Produce user flows, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma, aligned with the design
system (components, tokens, grid).
Create high-fidelity interfaces (UI), states (empty/error/loading), and
microinteractions.
Support rapid research (interviews, usability tests, surveys) and
document findings.
Deliver clear handoff to developers (autolayout, specs, versions) and validate post-release.
Consider accessibility (WCAG AA) and best practices in UX writing.
Monitor metrics (GA4/Hotjar/Amplitude) and suggest continuous improvements.
Maintain an organized component library and document design decisions
Requirements: **Requirements:**
0–2 years of experience or relevant internship in UI/UX.
Portfolio featuring 2–4 case studies demonstrating the full process (context → solution → outcome).
Proficiency in Figma (prototypes, auto\-layout, variants) and basic user research knowledge.
Strong written and visual communication skills, collaboration mindset, and openness to feedback.
Familiarity with analytics (events, funnels, heatmaps) and responsiveness principles.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Experience with design systems, basic motion design, and UX writing.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge to collaborate effectively with developers.
Experience in educational product design.
