Job Summary: Our Business Intelligence team is seeking a professional to design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using Microsoft technologies, transforming data into strategic intelligence to support high-impact business decisions. Serve as a technical reference and support the definition of standards Description: About the Position: Our Business Intelligence team transforms data into strategic intelligence. Using cutting-edge Microsoft solutions, we build robust models, ensure data governance, and integrate multiple sources to generate modern dashboards that support high-impact business decisions. Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Data Factory, Databricks, OneLake, and Power BI. * Create optimized data models (Star Schema, Data Lakehouse) and data ingestion pipelines. * Ensure data governance, quality, and security by applying DataOps best practices. * Develop interactive dashboards and reports with a focus on UX, performance, and data storytelling. * Integrate data from diverse sources (SQL Server, APIs, etc.). * Implement monitoring, documentation, and versioning processes for BI solutions. * Serve as a technical reference for the team, supporting the definition of standards and best practices. * Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into scalable analytical solutions. Desired Qualifications: Requirements: * Solid experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, performance optimization). * Solid experience with Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, and Databricks, including Lakehouse architecture and pipelines. * Advanced knowledge of SQL and multidimensional/tabular data modeling. * Solid experience with UX and modern dashboard design. * Experience with enterprise data integration, ETL/ELT, and governance. * Familiarity with version control (Git) and agile methodologies.
