**On-site | Londrina – PR | Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM** We are looking for a creative, organized, and strategically minded UX/UI Designer to join the Yogi Baby team. If you love transforming experiences into functional, intuitive, and captivating interfaces—and want to work with a rapidly expanding brand—this role is for you. Your responsibilities here: * Design modern, responsive interfaces aligned with Yogi Baby’s brand identity (web and mobile). * Develop comprehensive user experience journeys for our websites, landing pages, blogs, and internal platforms. * Create high-fidelity prototypes (Figma) and document user flows to align with the development team. * Participate in strategic meetings to understand business goals and translate them into efficient visual solutions. * Collaborate closely with Marketing, Copywriting, and Tech teams to ensure brand experience consistency. * Produce wireframes, components, design systems, and visual guidelines. * Propose continuous improvements in usability, accessibility, and conversion. * Research references, trends, and UX best practices—and apply them within the Yogi Baby context. What we expect from you: * Proven prior experience in UX/UI. * An updated portfolio showcasing real projects—including processes, decisions, and outcomes. * Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping, libraries). * Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, accessibility, and design systems. * Ability to organize requests, prioritize tasks, and collaborate effectively. * Exceptional attention to detail and visual consistency. Nice-to-have: * Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify or similar). * Basic front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS). * Familiarity with SEO and digital performance. * Experience designing for ads, email marketing, and social media. * Interest in the maternal-child universe and mothers’ consumer behavior. *Portfolio submission alongside your resume is mandatory.
