




Provide support to customers who wish to hire Fortics for project deliveries involving integrations with service platforms (SZ.chat), aiming to implement solutions according to the customer's business profile. Document all work performed and expand our delivery database. * Participate in presenting solutions to clients and projects requiring technical and development knowledge (provide consultancy focused on guiding clients through API Rest documentation); * Implement the SZ.chat solution, as well as develop integrations via API Rest with client systems; * Attend meetings with the Support team for alignment and updates; * Address support requests related to integrations developed by the specialist team when required; * Develop integrations with solutions for creating pre-sales projects; * Document all integrations performed; * Participate and present integration pre-project proposals together with the sales, support, and partner teams; * Participate in project delivery meetings conducted by the development team; * Participate in kickoff meetings to initiate and align projects, as well as in sprint review meetings to discuss progress and final project delivery; * Provide support within the specialist team for technical questions and integration development. **Education and additional qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields. **Desirable:** * Solid knowledge of programming logic; * Agile methodology; * Understanding of software engineering; * Solid knowledge of HTTP protocol (Methods, Request and Response). * Degree in Systems Analysis and Development **Differentiating factors:** * Experience with REST API; * Experience developing scripts in Javascript.
