Today, we have over 2\.300 employees; our headquarters is located in Maringá\-PR, and we operate more than 70 branches across Brazil. **\#jointhetpteam** If you have questions about applying to our job openings, access support by clicking here: https://support\-candidates.gupy.io/hc/pt\-br **Responsibilities and Duties** As a **Warehouse Analyst** at Transpanorama, your responsibilities include: * Analyze material procurement needs and develop strategies for product storage and distribution. * Plan appropriate product storage and merchandise placement to preserve integrity and safety, facilitate identification, location, and handling. * Control receipt and dispatch of materials entering or leaving inventory. * Conduct cyclical/rotational inventories; monitor incoming, outgoing, adjustment, and transfer transactions; reconcile return and disposal flows to identify inventory discrepancies. * Receive, move, and store materials. * Receive and verify incoming invoices for purchased materials; check quantities, descriptions, and general conditions of materials and packaging. * Manage shipping and receiving, inventory control, maintenance, cleaning, and organization of the warehouse area. * Monitor loading and unloading operations; interpret invoices and verify received items against purchase orders. * Organize material storage to preserve physical integrity and usability. * Deliver materials to requesters and record dispatched or withdrawn materials in the system. * Submit requests for spare parts procurement (stock and emergency); process returns of requisitioned materials to the warehouse. * Transfer materials between bases under warehouse responsibility; support sales processes for salvaged goods, Truck Parts, and scrap metal; propose improvements to company procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Experience in warehouse operations. * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and intermediate Excel / Power BI skills. **Additional Information** **Benefits Designed For You!** At Transpanorama, your well-being, development, and quality of life come first.
