We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage operations related to receiving, warehousing, inventory control, shipping, and transportation. This professional will play a fundamental role in coordinating operational activities, managing the logistics team, and monitoring performance indicators, ensuring efficiency, data accuracy, and on-time delivery. **Responsibilities and Duties** ### **Team Leadership and Management** * Coordinate logistics team activities, organizing routines, schedules, and resources required for operations. * Lead, guide, and develop the team, fostering a collaborative, results-oriented environment. * Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of operational goals. * Identify training needs and support technical and behavioral development of team members. * Promote integration among internal departments such as sales, production, finance, and customer service. * Support management in decision-making through analysis of operational data and KPIs. ### **Logistics Operations Management** * Coordinate and control warehousing, inventory control, stocktaking, and material handling activities. * Plan and monitor transportation, distribution, and route planning operations, ensuring efficiency and on-time delivery. * Manage return and reverse logistics processes, ensuring control and traceability. * Monitor contracts and performance of carriers and third-party logistics providers. * Contribute to the implementation and improvement of logistics systems and technological tools. ### **Logistics Flow Management** * Coordinate physical and system-based material receipt, ensuring verification, integrity, and proper registration. * Monitor inbound flow of domestic and imported materials, including container receipt. * Ensure inventory accuracy through stocktaking and operational controls. * Coordinate order picking, billing, and daily shipping processes. * Monitor shipped volumes and delivery deadlines. * Organize and optimize warehouse layout and material handling flow. ### **Service Management and Compliance** * Manage and monitor outsourced logistics services. * Initiate and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of logistics equipment. * Support internal and external audits related to safety, quality, and compliance. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations, workplace organization, and best operational practices. * Ensure proper waste disposal and adherence to environmental guidelines. ### **Planning and Continuous Improvement** * Analyze operational demand and logistics capacity. * Monitor logistics performance indicators (KPIs) and propose process improvements. * Identify operational deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions. * Establish productivity, operational efficiency, and cost reduction targets. * Develop and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Support analysis and resolution of customer complaints related to logistics processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements** ----------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree completed in Logistics, Business Administration, Logistics Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in logistics operations (warehousing, inventory, shipping, and transportation). * Experience analyzing logistics performance indicators (KPIs). * Knowledge of ERP and/or WMS systems. * Organized, analytical profile with strong leadership ability and results orientation. **Additional Information**### **Here, we believe people build stories that transform spaces.** #### **Our journey began in 1978 — simple, entrepreneurial, and purpose-driven.
