Job Summary: Professional responsible for monitoring drivers' working hours, recording information in the system, providing operational support, and ensuring compliance with rules and efficient operational flow. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring and operational support for drivers. 2. Control and recording of working hours in the system. 3. Ensuring compliance with operational rules. * Monitor drivers' working hours, including start time, breaks, meals, and end time. * Record and update information in the working hours control system (ATS). * Maintain constant contact with drivers for follow-ups, guidance, and operational support. * Interact with internal departments involved in the process to ensure efficient information flow. * Control and handle proper submission of macros in the system. * Monitor and enforce compliance with PGR regulations, such as unauthorized stops, time limits, and approved locations. * Conduct daily follow-ups on operational status (who is driving, stopped, or completed). * Address system-generated alerts by taking appropriate actions with drivers and recording them in the system. * Provide support to drivers.
