Job Summary: We are seeking an organized, analytical, and detail-oriented Inventory Analyst to manage goods inflow/outflow and ensure inventory accuracy. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory control and monitoring (receipts, shipments, and losses) 2. Conducting periodic and rotating inventory counts 3. Analyzing reports and proposing improvements We are looking for an organized, analytical, and detail-oriented Inventory Analyst to oversee the control of goods inflow and outflow, ensuring inventory accuracy and smooth operational performance. Responsibilities: * Perform inventory control and monitoring (receipts, shipments, and losses) * Conduct periodic and rotating inventory counts * Verify invoices and identify discrepancies against physical inventory * Analyze product movement reports and propose improvements * Monitor product expiration dates and support stock reallocation * Support procurement and receiving departments in product verification and organization * Ensure proper product storage in accordance with store regulations Requirements: * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Logistics, Procurement, Administration, or related fields preferred) * Prior experience in inventory control and inventory management * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems * Strong organizational skills, focus, and proactivity Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in retail or food industry * Aptitude for data and report analysis * Familiarity with basic tax procedures (e.g., invoice entry) Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting from R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
