Responsibilities:
**The Opportunity**
Direct leadership of front-line teams. Direct interface with Sales/Commercial, Transportation, Planning, SASS, Logistics Quality, and Finance teams, performing operational management and people development, focused on results and Operational Excellence through zero defects, continuous improvement, and performance (efficiency \& productivity); Direct reporting to the local Distribution Coordinator.
**Your Impact**
Responsible for people and operations management; overseeing warehouse-related activities including material and product movement and management. Your mission is to plan, direct, and coordinate supply, replenishment, storage, and distribution activities for company materials and products, ensuring daily movements through tools, systems, and cross-functional synergy.
Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
* Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields;
* Strategic mindset, strong organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities;
* Experience in team leadership;
* Proactive and skilled in strategic planning, capable of creating value for the company through teamwork, people management, cross-functional mindset, ownership attitude, interpersonal relationships, and holistic vision;
* Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency.
* SAP system knowledge is considered a plus.
