This role is based at our Central Distribution Center in São José dos Pinhais\-PR and forms part of the operational support team, alongside receiving and shipping departments. Energy and the ability to influence others are essential. **What You’ll Do:** * Be embedded in daily operations, understanding material and information flows to provide targeted support to business areas; * Translate business needs into applicable data solutions, acting as a bridge between operations, internal teams, and IT; * Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and propose data\-driven solutions; * Manipulate, model, and transform data, including building and maintaining pipelines and automations; * Orchestrate data flows and system integrations, ensuring data reliability and governance; * Collect, organize, and analyze large volumes of data, performing exploratory analyses to identify patterns, trends, and relevant insights with quality and standardization; * Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for various stakeholders, facilitating data\-driven decision\-making; * Build statistical and predictive models to support strategic decisions and operational initiatives; * Support the execution of projects involving new solutions, technologies, and system integrations; * Serve as the primary subject matter expert (“PSKU”) for systems, ensuring clear understanding of data and timely response to team requests. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related fields; * Proficiency in English; * Advanced SQL skills, including recursive CTEs, window functions, and optimized joins, applied to dimensional modeling and high\-performance pipeline development; * Experience with ETL/ELT. Preferred: experience with Airflow (DAG orchestration) and familiarity with Docker for container deployment; * Python and VBA for automation. Preferred: experience with Pandas and PySpark; * Data modeling expertise, including layered architecture knowledge (Medallion: Bronze, Silver, Gold). Preferred: experience with DBT for analytical model implementation; * Data visualization using Power BI (DAX, modeling, and analytical storytelling) or equivalent tools; * Code versioning with Git.
