Strategic support to various internal departments FULLY ON-SITE POSITION \- SÃO JOSÉ DOS PINHAIS This position is responsible for ensuring the reliability of cost and results information, directly performing monthly closing, **product cost and price formation**, and analysis and **calculation of contribution margin**. **Main challenges of the role:** * Perform monthly closing of inventory, costs, and expenses in SAP; * Calculate and analyze product costs, average cost, variances, and import costs; * Support pricing formation and contribution margin analysis; * Prepare management reports (results, expenses, returns, warranties, and freight); * Monitor budgeted vs. actual (revenues and expenses); * Ensure data quality in reports and ERP systems, and support process improvements; * Collaborate closely with commercial, logistics, engineering, finance, and procurement departments. **Responsibilities:** Perform monthly closing of inventory, costs, and expenses, ensuring: * Correct allocation to accounts and cost centers * Verification of balances and transactions * Execution of allocations and transfers Manage **product cost control**, including: * Calculation of average cost and variances * Import cost calculation * Support in selling price formation Develop and monitor **contribution margin** and break-even analyses to support strategic decisions. * Prepare **management reports** containing key indicators for: * Expenses * Freight * Returns * Warranties * Billing * Financial results Ensure data quality in the system: * Validation of postings * Monitoring of inconsistencies * Proposal of corrections and process improvements Provide **technical support** to internal departments (commercial, engineering, logistics, finance, and procurement), especially regarding: * Costs * Pricing * Contribution margin * Expense classification Contribute to **process structuring**, aiming for: * Standardization * Information reliability * Continuous improvement **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics; * SAP and Power BI knowledge is desirable; * Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency is essential; * Critical and analytical data analysis skills; * Experience in cost calculation and product pricing; * Proven experience in controller functions; * Knowledge of taxes affecting product pricing. **Desirable** * Exceptional clarity in communication and language; * Excellent interpersonal skills; * Discretion regarding confidential information; * Initiative; * Active listening; * Organization and focus on processes and results; * Basic understanding of contribution margin calculation.
