Register and submit your resume! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare diets in accordance with medical prescriptions; * Accurately identify meals according to each patient’s needs and preferences; * Perform cleaning and sanitation of the workplace and equipment; * Restock supplies when necessary; * Prepare desserts and juices according to prescribed dietotherapy; * Sanitize thermal meal containers after meals; * Distribute meals and water to hospital wards; * Collect thermal trays from hospital wards and surgical centers; * Ensure good practices in food handling, portioning, and distribution; * Adhere to standardized procedures outlined in SOPs and the SND Good Practices Manual.
