Work in compliance with the Quality Management System **Job Description:** ---------------------- Picking materials for customers according to printed proposals from the Picking Tablet; visually inspecting product and packaging integrity to identify possible damages; keeping work areas and storage locations clean and organized; aligning with logistics department objectives and those of other company departments; performing and managing processes and responsibilities in compliance with the Quality Management System, its tools and objectives, contributing to process improvement and achievement of established objectives; performing other duties inherent to the department as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Education: Completed elementary school. Experience: Not required. Desired Courses and Technical Skills: Enrolled in and diligently pursuing an apprenticeship program throughout the duration of this employment contract.
