Technical Support and Maintenance:** * On-site and remote technical assistance * Assembly, upgrades, and maintenance of computers and servers * Diagnostics, component replacement, cleaning, and testing * Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows (Client and Server), Linux, and macOS operating systems **2\. Windows Server and Infrastructure:** * Windows Server installation and administration * Active Directory management * Group Policy Object (GPO) configuration and management * DNS and DHCP administration * VPN/SSTP and remote access configuration * Implementation of backup and restore routines * Support for load balancing and service redundancy **3\. Virtualization – Proxmox:** * Proxmox VE installation and management * Creation, cloning, and migration of VMs (KVM and LXC) * Network and storage configuration * Cluster and high-availability implementation * Proxmox Backup Server (PBS) management * VM backup and restoration policies * Hyper\-V knowledge is considered a plus **4\. Networking and Security – pfSense and UniFi:** * LAN and WAN network administration * RJ45 cable assembly (CAT5e/CAT6\) * pfSense configuration including: – Firewall and NAT rules – VPN (IPsec and OpenVPN) – WAN link load balancing – Multiple gateways and failover – QoS * UniFi switch configuration (VLAN, STP, Link Aggregation, monitoring) * Proficiency in protocols: IPv4, IPv6, NAT, Gateway, subnet mask, DNS, DHCP, and MTU **5\. Security and Monitoring:** * Bitdefender Business administration * Monitoring via Zabbix (hosts, dashboards, alerts, reports) **6\. IP Telephony:** * VoIP equipment installation, maintenance, and configuration * Basic extension network configuration **7\.
