Must possess knowledge of the digital printing process, graphic editing software, color management, and control of production parameters. **Responsibilities:** **1\. Preparation, Configuration, and Setup:** Prepare digital files for printing, adjusting color, resolution, formats, and other necessary parameters to ensure compliance with job specifications. Configure digital printers per production orders, including substrate selection, ink adjustments, and other setup parameters. Additionally, must possess knowledge of the setup, production, and production flow of ECO antennas, ensuring correct integration between printing and converting stages. **2\. Printer Operation:** Operate digital printers to produce graphic materials such as banners, stickers, cards, brochures, etc. Monitor print quality during the process and make adjustments as needed." **3\. Maintenance and Troubleshooting:** Perform preventive maintenance on digital printers to ensure equipment operates properly. Diagnose and resolve technical issues that may occur during printing." **4\. Material Management:** Manage inventory of printing supplies, such as paper, ink, and other consumables. Request replenishment of materials as needed to avoid production interruptions." **5\. Quality and Control:** Verify final quality of printed products, ensuring compliance with established standards and customer expectations. Conduct print tests for new configurations or materials." Ensure compliance with safety standards by correctly using PPE and promoting a safe and healthy working environment. **Qualifications:** 1\. Completed High School education. 2\. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills preferred. 3\. Organizational skills and attention to detail preferred. 4\. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team preferred. 5\. Basic English proficiency preferred. 6\. Solid experience in RFID preferred.
