Responsibilities: Assist in the following processes: * Install, activate, and repair fiber optic networks for residential and business customers; * Perform fiber optic splicing and certification testing; * Identify and resolve network faults, ensuring service stability; * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on optical infrastructure; * Adhere to safety and quality standards when serving customers; * Complete technical reports and update service records.
