Join us in expanding connections. **Responsibilities:** * Document new FTTH installations; * Assist technicians according to project requirements; * Activate customers via software; * Record customer information in the monitoring system; * Support logistics as needed for customers; * Register new access points in the ISP system; * Support the commercial team with technical requests. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, or a technology degree in Networks, or a technical degree in Electrotechnics or Telecommunications, or courses in Information Technology or related fields; * Knowledge of telecommunications; * Knowledge of TCP/IP networks; * Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Router/MikroTik/ONU configuration experience.
