Prior experience is not required—we provide training! Key responsibilities: Assist technicians with fiber-optic network installations and maintenance, as well as telecommunications equipment; Support cable routing and organization on poles, conduits, and structures; Transport and organize tools and materials required for fieldwork; Follow safety standards and best practices during field operations; Perform other tasks as directed by the responsible technician. **Requirements and Qualifications** No prior experience required! What matters most is your willingness to learn; Availability to work rotating shifts; Interest in telecommunications and network infrastructure; Good physical fitness for working at heights and in outdoor environments; Ability to work effectively in a team.
