Job Summary: Conduct efficient and accurate inspections of real estate assets, analyzing features, condition, and functionality of commercial and residential properties. Key Highlights: 1. Training and supervision of new inspectors. **Main responsibilities for this role:** Perform property inspection services efficiently, accurately, and faithfully, analyzing features and conditions—including conservation status and functionality—of commercial and residential properties, both new and used; Identify and observe building materials, finishes, electrical and plumbing installations, furniture, and other property items; Test equipment, identify damages, and verify functionality and general environmental conditions; During move-out inspections, conduct meticulous comparisons based on reports and documentation; Record collected information as detailed text accompanied by photos for generating the inspection report using a tablet application; Verify repairs and discrepancies; Provide training and supervision to new inspectors. **Prerequisites:** Completed high school education; Basic computer literacy; Valid driver's license; Personal vehicle (motorcycle); Android smartphone. **Skills and Competencies:** Clear and concise written and oral communication; Systemic thinking; Results orientation; Leadership. **Minimum Education Level:** High School (Secondary Education) **Driver's License Category:** A Personal vehicle
