




Job Summary: An operational professional responsible for conducting inspections, diagnostics, and detailed evaluations of used vehicles, ensuring compliance and effective communication with customers. Continuous updates on automotive trends. **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a 2-hour lunch break; Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. **Position Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Conduct detailed inspections of used vehicles to assess their overall condition, including mechanical, electrical, and aesthetic components. * Utilize specialized tools and equipment—such as diagnostic scanners, paint thickness gauges, and automotive lifts—to evaluate vehicle condition. * Record all relevant information regarding vehicle condition in detailed reports, including photographs and descriptions of any identified damage or issues. * Communicate with customers to explain evaluation results, answer questions, and provide recommendations for necessary repairs or maintenance. * Collaborate with the sales team to determine market value of evaluated vehicles, considering factors such as mileage, age, maintenance history, and overall condition. * Stay updated on automotive market trends, including used vehicle pricing, emerging technologies, and best practices in vehicle appraisal. * Ensure all evaluations comply with dealership and automotive industry standards and regulations. * Assist in preparing vehicles for sale, including coordinating necessary repairs and performing final inspections prior to customer delivery. * Maintain an organized and safe workplace, adhering to safety protocols and equipment maintenance practices. **Requirements:** * In-depth knowledge of vehicle mechanics and operation. * Ability to identify issues and perform accurate diagnostics. * Capability to conduct road tests and detailed inspections. * Knowledge of market values and pricing trends for vehicles. * Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members. * Proficiency in vehicle appraisal tools and software. **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields. * Additional certifications in vehicle appraisal will be considered a plus. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience at automotive dealerships. * Knowledge of advanced diagnostic and repair techniques. * Ability to use digital appraisal tools. * Participation in automotive specialization courses. * Capability to negotiate and close vehicle purchase and sale agreements. * Experience with various vehicle brands and models. * Knowledge of automotive legislation and regulations. **Benefits:** Disclosed during the interview
