Support in preparing commercial proposals **Job Description:** We are seeking a Tender Assistant to support the company’s tender processes, from identifying opportunities through to monitoring tender proceedings and organizing required documentation. Key Responsibilities: \* Monitor and analyze public tender notices (e.g., auctions, public bids, price inquiries); \* Sort, organize, and verify documentation required for tender participation; \* Register and update company information on public procurement portals; \* Support preparation of commercial proposals; \* Monitor electronic auction sessions; \* Manage deadlines, contracts, and price registration minutes; \* Maintain organized physical and digital files; \* Provide support to the administrative/commercial department as needed. Requirements: \* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or related fields; \* Knowledge of public procurement procedures; \* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel); \* Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity; \* Strong verbal and written communication skills. \* Familiarity with procurement portals such as Comprasnet, BLL, BBMNET, Licitanet, among others. \* Minimum 2 years of experience in public procurement.
