Job Summary: The professional will conduct negotiations, prospect customers, provide technical consulting and customized solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Support consultants in operational and sales routines **Desired Qualifications:** * · Completed high school (preferably pursuing a bachelor’s degree); * · Prior experience in customer service or sales is desirable; * · Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite; * · Strong communication skills and proactivity. **Responsibilities:** * · Conduct customer negotiations within predefined parameters; * · Identify and prospect new customers to expand the customer base; * · Update, analyze, and provide technical consulting and customized solutions to existing and new customers; * · Perform follow-up of information in the CRM (Pipedrive); * · Update customer records in the system; * · Deliver excellent customer service through inbound channels; * · Conduct post-sales activities and monitor customer satisfaction; * · Enter customer orders into the system; * · Update and maintain basic contact and negotiation information in the CRM system; * · Comply with internal occupational health and safety regulations; * · Support Senior and Lead Consultants in operational and sales routines; * · Participate in training and capacity-building programs for technical and commercial development; * · Perform other related duties as assigned.
