Opportunity to enhance communication and negotiation skills We are hiring a Procurement Analyst to support material and service acquisition processes. The professional will conduct supplier research and negotiation, issue and track purchase orders, manage inventory control, and organize documentation. Responsibilities: \- Research and select suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery lead time; \- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules; \- Issue purchase orders and monitor status until final delivery; \- Assist in inventory control and material replenishment; \- Organize documents such as purchase orders, contracts, and invoices; \- Evaluate supplier performance. Requirements: \- Completed bachelor’s degree, technical diploma, or currently enrolled (Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields); \- Experience in industrial procurement; \- Strong communication and negotiation skills; \- Organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven (mandatory), and proactive; \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (with emphasis on Excel); \- Experience with import quotations and familiarity with invoice entry procedures; \- Ability to work effectively in a team.
