




Job Summary: The professional will perform maintenance in accordance with applicable standards, respond to service calls either on-site or remotely, and provide solutions or escalate issues as needed, while documenting all activities. Key Highlights: 1. Performing maintenance in accordance with established standards and deadlines 2. Prompt response to service calls, with availability according to the shift schedule 3. Resolving service calls and escalating when necessary Close the service order by reporting materials used, time spent, deadline met, and customer acceptance. Perform maintenance in accordance with applicable standards and within the stipulated deadline. Remain available on-site or remotely, as per the shift schedule, ensuring presence at the hospital within twenty minutes of receiving a call during on-call hours. Respond to service calls via mobile phone, as required. Provide solutions for service calls, resolving those within one’s scope of responsibility and escalating others as necessary. Record received service calls in the on-duty logbook (if the official is on duty). Requirements: Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Technical course in refrigeration mechanics.
