We are seeking professionals to conduct store inspections in partnership with us (one-time assignment). Key responsibilities for this role include: * Conducting store inspections/audits efficiently, accurately, and reliably, analyzing store features and conditions of conservation/functionality; * Identifying and observing materials, finishes, furniture, and other property items; * Recording collected information as detailed text accompanied by photos for inspection report generation using a tablet application; Prerequisites: * Completed high school education (technical training in Construction preferred); * Basic computer literacy; * CNPJ or MEI registration for issuing invoices as a legal entity; * Smartphone or tablet running Android; * Means of transportation, such as car, motorcycle, subway, bus, or train.
