In Brazil, we are 47,000 talents building a purpose-driven future. We are seeking a professional to manage the Business Unit, implementing and executing area-specific processes. The role is responsible for ensuring production, quality, safety, organization, and service excellence within the Food segment. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise the process and completion of all services within the unit, ensuring excellence in customer service, always in compliance with contractual obligations; * Analyze and monitor qualitative and quantitative performance metrics across the unit’s scope to optimize operations, including developing action plans, formulating strategies, and creating or innovating initiatives that improve unit performance and customer service; * Be responsible for annual budget planning and development for the unit, and ensure its achievement—and even improvement—throughout the year; * Manage the team by applying HR processes and policies, including recruitment, onboarding, and task direction; establish clear communication and promote technical, behavioral, health, and safety training; ensure an engaged, up-to-date, and productive team; * Operate in a facility serving an average daily volume of 200 meals. Key Requirements: * Academic qualification: completed undergraduate degree in Nutrition, with active CRN registration; * Prior experience in Food and Nutrition Units (UAN); * Proven experience in leadership, team development, and multidisciplinary team management; * Personal vehicle (desirable).
