Job Summary: SET Engenharia is seeking a proactive Occupational Safety Technician to ensure a safe working environment by implementing regulations and guidelines across various project fronts. Monitor the use of PPE and engineering controls, and investigate incidents **SALARY TO BE AGREED UPON** SET Engenharia is looking for a committed, proactive, and communicative Occupational Safety Technician to work on the company's project fronts. The professional will be responsible for monitoring, implementing, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and internal guidelines, thereby guaranteeing a safe environment for all employees. Responsibilities: Conduct daily inspections at work fronts, identifying hazards and proposing corrective and preventive actions; Monitor and guide compliance with Brazilian Regulatory Norms (NRs) and the company's internal procedures; Develop and review occupational health and safety documentation, such as Risk Analysis (APR), Task Instructions (PT), checklists, incident reports, and other records required by the client; Deliver onboarding sessions, Daily Safety Talks (DDS), and internal training sessions as needed; Monitor and ensure proper use of PPE and engineering controls, and manage requests and replacements; Assist in managing third-party documentation and releasing work fronts; Support the administrative department and leadership on occupational health and safety matters; Investigate incidents and prepare occurrence reports; Ensure alignment of occupational health and safety practices with SET Engenharia standards and client requirements. Requirements: Completed technical education in Occupational Safety; Active registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); Prior experience in construction sites, power plants, transmission lines, industrial maintenance, or related fields (preferred); Up-to-date knowledge of Brazilian Regulatory Norms (NRs) and best practices in occupational health and safety; Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and professional demeanor; **Willingness to travel and relocate.** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting from R$2.373,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Basic food basket * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher * Company vehicle Education: * Completed Technical Education (Mandatory) Experience: * MINIMUM OF 6 MONTHS (Mandatory) Willingness to travel: * 100% (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
