A company specializing in Technology and Telecommunications is seeking a candidate to assume the role of Network Supervisor. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead teams. * Provide technical management for fiber optic networks. * Implement, maintain, and monitor incidents. * Plan work execution. * Resolve issues and manage technicians’ performance. * Monitor KPIs (SLA). * Serve as the point of contact between other departments and the client. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Networking certifications (CCNA, CCNP). * Knowledge of DWG and KMZ project files. * Ability to interpret and read backbone networks, sites, and metro networks. * Knowledge of fiber optic technology and equipment. * Knowledge of Telecommunications projects. * Knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF). * Basic knowledge of spreadsheets and Excel.
