Plan execution, ensure quality, and resolve issues A company specializing in Telecommunications and Technology is looking for a professional to lead its Telecommunications Technical Team. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead the team; * Perform technical management of optical fiber, including deployment, maintenance, and incident monitoring; * Responsible for planning work execution, ensuring quality, resolving issues, managing technicians’ performance, and tracking KPIs (SLA); * Handle conflict-related matters; * Serve as the point of contact between other departments and the client. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. (Preferred) * Knowledge of DWG and KMZ project files * Ability to interpret and read backbone networks and sites * Proven experience in network management. * Knowledge of optical fiber. * Knowledge of backbone and metro networks. * Knowledge of Telecommunications project design. * Networking certification (CCNA, CCNP) (preferred) * CCNA or higher certification (preferred) * Knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF). * Basic knowledge of spreadsheets and Excel Employment type: Full-time Compensation: R$2.385,94 - R$3.024,00 per month Benefits: * Company mobile phone * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection question(s): * Do you have experience as a Network Supervisor? * Do you have experience with backbone networks, metro networks, and optical fiber?
